- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives for data solutions within the Swiss enterprise market segment
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business challenges and requirements
- Present tailored data solutions and value propositions to prospects, effectively articulating the benefits and business impact
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including technical experts, consultants, and project managers to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner throughout the sales cycle and beyond
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and differentiate our offerings
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts in a professional and persuasive manner
- Track and report sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and forecasts accurately and consistently
- Proven track record of success in sales roles within the Swiss IT-Services or data industry, with a focus on enterprise clients
- Should have an excellent network in the Swiss IT-Segment
- Deep understanding of data technologies such as Azure, PowerBI, Databricks, and related solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility with clients at senior leadership levels
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to overcome objections and win deals
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
